A motion is moved for Speaking to the Minutes in respect of the judgment dated 07.02.2023 only for correction of name of appellant in First Appeal No. 1452 of 2009 from "Raosaheb s/o Gangadhar Late" to "Babasaheb Gangadhar Late". In the impugned judgment as well as in appeal memo also the name is mentioned as "Babasaheb Gangadhar Late". As such, the correction from "Raosaheb" to "Babasaheb'" as aforesaid be made and corrected writ / order be issued accordingly.
