1) Civil Application No.5274/2015 is filed for condonation of delay of 1126 days caused in filing appeal against the judgment and award of the Reference Court. Heard both the sides.

2) In view of the contentions made in the application and submissions made that some time was required for getting certified copy, some time was required for processing the matter and some time was required for getting sanction at various levels this Court

2 CA 5274 of 2015 holds that sufficient cause is shown. The application is allowed. Delay is condoned.

3) Notice in appeal for final disposal at admission stage. Learned counsel for the original claimants waives notice. Call record and proceedings. Stand over to 11th July 2016.

4) Heard learned AGP for the applicant - State.

On condition of deposit of entire amount of compensation within 12 weeks in this Court there shall be stay to the execution of the judgment and award. If the amount is not deposited within this time it is to be presumed that there is no stay to the execution. In those terms the application for stay is allowed and disposed of.
