By the present application, applicants are seeking restoration of Writ Petition Stamp No. 29135/2016, registration of which came to be refused by order dated 13.02.2017 passed by the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court, due to non-removal of office objections. There is delay of 45 days caused in filing present Application, which is sought to be condoned.

For the reasons set out in the application, the Application is allowed. Delay is condoned. The order dated 13.02.2017 passed by the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court, refusing registration of the petition, is set aside. Writ Petition Stamp No. 29135/2016 is restored to its original position. Applicants shall remove all office objections within a period of six weeks from today.
