The learned advocate for the petitioner submits that though the petitioner has been aggrieved by the impugned order whereby the Divisional Deputy Director of Social Welfare department Latur has refused to grant approval to her appointment, the petitioner would be satisfied if the directions issued by this Court in the order dated 08.07.2021 are obeyed by the respondent Nos. 3 and 4. He, therefore, submits that the Civil Application has been filed for disposing of the writ petition in the light of the order dated 08.07.2021. He submits that the petitioner would now approach the respondent No. 1 independently to seek ventilation of her grievance.

The learned A.G.P. submits that already the petitioner's proposal has been turned down.

Since the learned advocate for the petitioner has taken a conscious decision on instructions, we dispose of the writ petition in the light of the order dated 08.07.2021.
