Learned Advocate for the petitioners tenders a compilation of 4 pages contending that the litigating sides have resolved and settled the dispute between themselves and this petition can be disposed of. As such, this compilation is taken on record and marked as Exhibit "X" collectively for identification. The writ petition is, therefore, disposed of in view of document Exhibit "X".

As regards the amount of Rs. 25,000/- deposited before the Trial Court by the petitioners under the orders of this Court dated 08/08/2017 is concerned, learned Advocate for the petitioners submits that the said amount will have to be returned to the petitioners as the respondents have not staked a claim to the said amount which was deposited in view of the "No Written Statement khs/JULY 2018/5025-d
Order" passed.

Considering the above, the Trial Court would permit the petitioners to withdraw the said amount of Rs.25,000/- (Rs. Twenty Five Thousand only) alongwith accrued interest, if any. ( Ravindra V.Ghuge, J.) khs/JULY 2018/5025-d
