The petitioner is challenging the order of the scrutiny committee refusing to validate his 'Koli Mahadev' scheduled tribe certificate.

Issue notice to respondent Nos. 1 and 2. Learned AGP waives service for both respondents.

We have heard both sides finally at the state of admission.

The impugned order is in fact the common order in the matter of the petitioner and four other individuals Sangeeta Chandraprakash Mandewad, Swati Rajesh Mandewad, Aryan Balaji Mandewad and Deepika Chandraprakash Mandewad. On their challenge in their respective writ petitions namely, the writ petition No. 3866 of 2025, writ petition No. 3871 of 2025 and writ petition No. 3877 of 2025 respectively by the order dated 21.03.2025, this Court has already quashed and set aside the order of committee to their extent.

For the reasons mentioned in the order passed by us in writ petition No. 3866 fo 2025 and connected matters, the writ petition is allowed partly. The impugned order is quashed and set aside even to the extent of the petitioner. The committee shall issue certificate of validity to the petitioner.
