Present Petition has been filed for directions to respondent No.2 - the Education Officer (Secondary), Zilla Parishad, Jalgaon, to decide the proposal dated 21st August 2021 for the approval to the appointment of the petitioner on the post of Shikshan Sevak.

Learned AGP waives notice for respondent Nos. 1 and 2 and on instructions, makes a statement that the said proposal would be decided within two weeks.

In view of the statement made by the learned AGP, respondent No.2 is directed to decide the proposal dated 21st August 2021 for the approval to the appointment of the petitioner on the post of Shikshan Sevak, within TWO WEEKS from today.

With the aforesaid directions, the Writ Petition stands disposed of.
