DATE : APRIL 21, 2022 ORDER :- The challenge herein is to the condition imposed in the impugned order, directing the applicant to furnish local surety for release of truck in his favour.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is from Ajmer, State of Rajasthan and, therefore, it is difficult for him to secure local surety.

In view of the above, the word "local" appearing in clause (ii) of the impugned order dated 05.03.2022 passed by learned Addl. Sessions Judge, Jalgaon, is withdrawn. The application stands disposed of accordingly.
