Admittedly the post on which petitioners were working were brought on 100% grant in aid after 01.11.2015. 2.

The learned Additional Government Pleader for respondents/State submits that, the issue is decided by the Full Bench of this Court vide judgment and order dated 30.04.2019 in Writ Petition No. 8387 of 2013 with other connected writ petitions.

In view of the above, the petitioners would be governed by the D. C. P. S. scheme. The petitioners shall be given benefit of
