Regular Civil Suit No. 75/2023 is lodged on 24.08.2023. By an order dated 09.09.2023, obtained in Lok Adalat, the suit is compromised. However, the Petitioners are not aware as to whether the decree has been drawn on the basis of the compromise in the suit. Since it was a suit for partition and separate possession, the shares of the parties will have to be determined. 2.
