hearing. This institution needs to be made party respondent No.9 in Writ Petition No.9055 of 2012 immediately today itself. Amendment needs to be made immediately and copy of this application needs to be served on the other side. The application is disposed of as allowed. List the main matter on 21st April 2015 along with Writ Petition No.7114 of 2014.
