By this petition, the petitioner has challenged the order passed by the learned Ad-hoc District Judge-2, Latur rejecting the application for taking certain additional documents on record. The learned Counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the petition and states that liberty be given to the petitioner to challenge the order of rejection in case the decision of the appeal is adverse to the petitioner.
