DATE : APRIL 21, 2022 ORDER :- The challenge herein is to the order directing the applicant to pay Rs.5,000/- per month as interim maintenance to his wife. 2.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the order impugned herein is passed without giving the applicant an opportunity of hearing.

In view of the above, present application is disposed of in terms of the following order:- (i) The applicant shall place on record of the Court of Judicial Magistrate, First Class (Court No.6), Dhule, an affidavit showing his assets and liabilities.

Appl.nNo.1389 of 2022 (ii) Upon placing on record affidavit by the applicant, the Court concerned, on hearing the parties, shall decide, whether the order granting interim maintenance is to be continued or modified. This exercise shall be done within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
