At the outset, learned Counsel appearing for respondent No.4, on instructions, submits that subsequent to filing of this petition, there is settlement out of the Court in between petitioner No.1 and respondent No.4. As a result of such settlement, petitioner No.1 has vacated the premises. Learned Counsel further submits that insofar as petitioner Nos.2 and 3 are concerned,

In the light of the statement of the learned Counsel appearing for respondent No.4, nothing survives for consideration in this petition. Hence, the petition stands disposed of.
