In all these applications, the applicants are seeking to bring on record legal representatives of the original claimant, who expired prior to lodging of appeal.

The learned AGP would submit that he was not aware that original claimant had expired and therefore appeal came to be filed against original claimant.

In view of the above, there may not arise the question of condoning the delay but towards abundant precaution, the applicants have sought condonation of delay. The delay stands condoned accordingly. The legal representatives of original claimant be brought on record within a period of four (04) weeks from today. Cause title of the appeal be amended accordingly.
