2] The original claimant is seeking condonation of delay of 2946 days in filing appeal against the judgment and award passed by the Reference Court. 3] The applicants claimants are senior citizens and are fighting for compensation on account of acquisition of their lands. 4] The learned AGP opposes the application on the ground that the delays have not been properly explained.

5] For the reasons mentioned in the applications, the delays are condoned subject to the condition that the applicants claimants shall not be entitled to claim any interest for the period of delay of 2946 days. [MANGESH S. PATIL, J.] umg/
