2] This petition is filed seeking directions to respondent - Education Officer, Zilla Parishad, Dhule to consider the proposals for approval to the appointments of the petitioners, which are pending before the said authority.

3] We direct respondent no.4 - Education Officer (Secondary) to take decision on the proposals for

2 10-wp4551-16.odt approval to the appointments of the petitioners dated 20.06.2013, 28.06.2013, 21.07.2014 and 29.08.2012, on their own merits, if the decision is not already taken, in view of the relevant procedure/rules/Government policy, as expeditiously as possible, however, within a period of eight weeks from today and communicate the decision to the concerned.

4] Needless to observe that before taking decision on the said representations, respondent no.4 - Education Officer, if so desires, can hear the Headmaster/Officer Bearer of the concerned school in which, the petitioners have been appointed.

5] With these observations, present Writ Petition stands disposed of.
