Learned Counsel for applicants submits that, during the pendency of appeal Orig. Claimant Vasant Maroti Hake is died. The applicants are the legal heirs of the deceased. Hence, it is necessary to take his heirs and legal representatives on record. Hence, requested to allow the application.
