Heard the learned counsel for the applicants and respondents.

The learned counsel for the applicants submits that the applicants had filed civil application for withdrawal of bank guarantee. The said Civil Application is allowed on 7th December, 2021. Thereafter, the Advocate for the applicants applied for releasing the bank guarantee, at that time, it revealed that the first appeal number of the applicants is 22/1989 instead of 23/1989. Due to typographical mistake, the applicants had typed as First Appeal No.23/1989. This mistake is clerical and typographical mistake. Hence requested to amend the Civil Application by correcting the number as First Appeal No.22/1989

The learned A.G.P. and the learned counsel for the acquiring body submitted as per order of the Court.

I have heard all the parties. As there is typographical mistake in mentioning the appeal number, hence I pass the following order :-

ORDER

(i) The Civil Application is allowed.

(ii) The applicants are permitted to correct the First Appeal number as First Appeal No.22/1989 instead of First Appeal No.23/1989.

(iii) Correction be carried out accordingly.

(iv) The correction be made in the order dated 7th December, 2021 passed by this Court also.

(iv) The Civil Application is disposed of accordingly.
