The application is for recalling of order dated 09/02/2023 passed in CA No.3388 of 2021 in CRA (Stamp) No.6888 of 2021. According to learned counsel for the applicants the earlier advocate

2 15 ca 5688-23 of applicants got elevated and became judge of this court. Though the application is strongly opposed, but considering the reasons stated in the application, it stands allowed in terms of prayer clause-A and B and disposed of accordingly.
