The amount has been deposited towards arrears of salary due to the applicant herein. Her termination from service has been set aside and has now attained finality. The Education Officer (Primary) has worked out the arrears of salary due to the applicant, but said calculations are not on record. The Deputy Director (Education) was directed to work out the arrears of salary due to the applicant. As per his calculations, the amount comes to little over Rs.20 lakhs.

In the fitness of things, the applicant is permitted to withdraw Rs.5,00,000/- (Rupees Five Lakh) which has been deposited by the management vide order dated 03rd March,2020 with interest accrued thereon. Civil application stands disposed of accordingly. 4.

List contempt petition on 29th October, 2021. Education Officer (Primary) shall place on record the calculation of arrears of salary due to the applicant herein.
