We have heard the learned Advocates for the respective sides.

The learned Advocate for Respondent Nos. 3, 4 and 5 bank submits on instructions that unless the petitioner, who is a student, tenders a co-applicant with an acceptable credit score, the bank cannot accept the application of the Petitioner for grant of education loan. The two co-applicants earlier tendered by the

(( 2 )) 17-wp-6140-2023 Petitioner in the two independent applications, are defaulters, in as much, as they do not have an acceptable credit score. 3.

The learned Advocate for the Petitioner submits that she would tender a fresh application along with a new co-applicant with an acceptable credit score.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off with liberty. If the application is in order, the concerned bank may consider the same expeditiously.
