Mr.Dhage, learned counsel submits that the matter is settled between the petitioner and the Management. Mr.Pawar, learned counsel for the Management accepts the said fact. It is submitted that pursuant to the settlement, the petitioner would be reinstated with effect from 5.2.2015. The said terms of compromise are taken on record and marked "X" for identification.

In case the Management submits the proposal to the Education Officer (Primary) as stated in the terms of settlement then the Education Officer (Primary) shall consider the said proposal on its own merits as per law after hearing the parties expeditiously and preferably within three (3) months from the date of receipt of the proposal.
