Mr A.B. Kale, learned counsel for the original claimants and Mr S.N. Morampalle, learned AGP for the State have no objection to allow this application so as to bring on record the legal heirs of deceased respondent No.1-Rajendra Chiman Kolhe.

ORDER

(i) The application is hereby allowed in terms of prayer clause 5(B) to 5(D).

2 942-CA-5907-2022 (ii) The applicant/appellant to carry out necessary amendment to bring on record legal heirs of respondent No.1-Rajendra Chiman Kolhe within a period of six weeks from today.
