This appeal is placed before us in today's National Lok Adalat. Mr. Deshmukh, learned counsel for the appellant/Insurance Company is present. Mr. Yenegure, learned counsel for respondent No. 1 /original claimant is present. Officer of the Insurance Company Mr. Suresh V. Nade is also present. The learned advocate for appellant submits that appellant wants to withdraw the appeal. 2.

The appellant has accepted the award passed by the MACT, Osmanabad in MACP No. 191/2008.

In view of the withdrawal pursis (marked as "X") the appeal stands disposed of as withdrawn.

The amount is deposited in this Court. The original claimants are permitted to withdraw the same along with accrued interest thereon.
