Learned counsel for Applicants submits that day before yesterday only i.e. on 14/04/2015, applicant No. 1

2 Cr.Apln. 2039.2015 Yashodabai w/o Apparao Jadhav has lost her husband. Statement accepted.

In view of the aforesaid fact and in view of the fact that applicant No. 2, according to applicants, is below 18 years of age, till the reply is filed, applicants can be protected. 5.

Hence, I pass the following order :

(i) In the event of arrest in connection with Crime No. 34/2015 for the offences punishable u/s 307, 498-A read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code registered with police station Mukhed, Dist. Nanded, applicant No. 1 Yashodabai w/o Apparao Jadhav and applicant No. 2 Aruna d/o Apparao Jadhav be released on ad-interim anticipatory bail on they executing P.R. Bond of Rs. 5,000/- [ Rupees Five Thousand] with one solvent surety of like amount by each of them.

(ii) Put up the present matter on 29/04/2015.
