Civil application stands granted in terms of prayer clause (B). Applicant shall furnish fresh address of respondent no. 1 within a period of eight weeks. If address is submitted within stipulated time, issue notice in writ petition returnable within eight weeks thereafter. 2.

Interim relief to continue initially for a period of eight weeks till submission of address of respondent no. 1. If address is furnished, interim relief to continue for a further period of eight weeks i.e. till returnable date. If address is not furnished within the time granted, interim relief shall stand vacated as far as respondent no. 1 is concerned.
