The caste claim of the petitioner for verification is pending with the committee since 01.07.2016.

In light of that, we pass the following order.

The committee shall decide the validation proceeding in respect of the caste claim of the petitioner within six (06) months from the date of appearance of the petitioner. The petitioner shall appear before the committee on 26.11.2020. Till then, the respondent no. 3 shall not insist the

2 wp 5176.20 petitioner for payment of full fees nor adverse action be taken only on the ground that validation proceeding is pending. The respondent shall not issue degree certificate to the petitioner, unless the petitioner produces the validity certificate. The petitioner shall co-operate in expeditious disposal of the proceeding.

Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of. No costs.
