O R D E R

This appeal is placed before us in today's National Lok Adalat. Mr. N.J. Patil, learned Advocate for the appellants/original claimants is present. Learned Advocate Mr. T.M. Venjane for respondent No.1 is present. Learned Advocate Mr. Swapnil S. Rathi for respondent No.2/insurance company is present. Office of Shriram General Insurance Company, namely, Mr. Prasad Ramchandra Raut is present.

The learned Advocates for both the parties submit that they have amicably settled the matter and accordingly placed on record compromise terms. The compromise terms are marked as Article "X" for the purpose of identification.

The appeal is disposed off in the terms of compromise terms ("X").

Respondent No.2/Insurance Company shall deposit the amount of compensation within a period of six weeks from today in terms of the compromise before the MACT, Latur.

05.

The appellants/claimants are entitled to withdraw the amount of compensation in terms of award passed by the Tribunal and learned Member, MACT, Latur shall pass necessary orders to that effect forthwith. 06.

The Chairman/Member, Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal, Latur be informed accordingly.

07.

The Court fee refund certificate be issued as per the provisions under the Maharashtra Court Fees Act, 1959.

08.
