We have heard the learned counsel for petitioner, the learned counsel for respondent No.4 and the learned AGP. It is submitted that the petitioner would only restrict the petition to the extent that the respondent No.1 may take decision pursuant to the inquiry report submitted by the Commissioner, Social Welfare, to respondent No.1.

The respondent No.1 may take appropriate decision in accordance with law and policy pursuant to the report submitted by the Commissioner, Social Welfare (page 38) so also the inquiry report, preferably within six months.
