We have heard Mr. Gadhe, learned counsel for the petitioner. 2.

The learned A. G. P. raises a preliminary objection that the petitioner has remedy of appeal.

In view of that, the writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to avail alternate remedy. All contentions are kept open. No costs.

In case, the petitioner files an appeal along with application for interim orders, the application for interim relief be decided by the authority expeditiously and preferably within a period of fifteen (15) days from the date of filing of application.
