The applicants are seeking permission to delete the name of respondent No.2 Bidabai Ajinath Godse in the main appeal since she died on 11.07.2022 leaving behind other respondents as her legal heirs. As such, the applicants are permitted to delete the name of present applicant No.2 i.e. the original respondent No.2 in the appeal. Such deletion be carried out by the appellant Acquiring Body within stipulated period.
