The learned advocate for the applicant pointed out the report of the Assistant Superintendent of the District Court, Aurangabad. As per report, Rs.34,608/- are deposited by the respondent-accused.

Considering the peculiar set of fact, it would be proper to direct the Assistant Superintendent of District and Sessions Court, Aurangabad to pay that amount to the applicant. It is ordered accordingly.
