This is an application for bail since the applicant is arrested in connection with Crime No. 60/2014 registered with police station Shiradhon, Dist. Osmanabad for the offences punishable u/s 306,498(A),304(B) read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Heard Mr. P.D.Sangvikar, learned counsel for the applicant and Mrs. S.G.Chincholkar, learned A.P.P. for respondent - State.

Investigation is over. Charge sheet is already filed.

Other two accused persons are already released on bail by the learned trial Court. Present applicant is arrested on 30/06/2014.

F.I.R. is lodged by Dhondiram Rawan Kothimbire on 29/06/2014. His daughter Sneha was given in marriage to present applicant on 13/06/2014. Date of death of Sneha is 29/06/2014. According to prosecution, due to the illtreatment caused to Sneha by the accused persons, she has committed suicide by pouring kerosene on her person. 6.

Learned A.P.P. has invited my attention to the statement of Gulab Shandur Gaikwad and Ranjana Bapurao Gaikwad, who are the neighbours of the present applicant. After having gone through the said statements, the allegations in so far as illtreatment against present applicant and other accused persons is concerned, those are most general in nature. In that view of the matter and looking to the aspect that the investigation is over and charge sheet is already filed, further custodial presence of present applicant is not warranted.

Hence, I pass the following order :

(i) Present Criminal Application is hereby allowed.

(ii) Applicant Rajkumar s/o Laxuman Gaikwad be released on bail in connection with

3 Cr.Apln. 2041.2015 Crime No. 60/2014 registered with police station Shiradhon, Dist. Osmanabad for the offences punishable u/s 306,498 (A),304(B) read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code on he executing P.R. Bond of Rs. 5,000/- [Rupees Five Thousand] with one solvent surety of like amount. Bail before the trial Court.

(iii) Present Criminal Application is disposed of.
