Considering the challenge made to the judgment and award passed by the Tribunal and the fact that the unmarried young son of the Applicants met with an accidental death, the Applicants are permitted to withdraw the compensation to the extent of 50% deposited before this Court on furnishing undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court.
