Mr. Natu, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that two persons from NT-D category working with respondent / Zilla Parishad, Jalna are relieved and the post is vacant for accommodating the petitioner at Zilla Parishad, Jalna.

The petitioner has already approached the Commissioner.

The Commissioner shall consider about the vacancy available with Zilla Parishad, Jalna for NT-D category. He shall consider the submissions of the respective parties and pass order preferably within a period of thirty (30) days from the date of appearance of parties. The petitioner and the Zilla Parishad, Jalana shall appear before the Commissioner on 24.09.2019. 4.

Writ Petition and Civil Applications are disposed of. No costs.
