We are not inclined to entertain this writ petition. However, we grant liberty to the petitioner to file a comprehensive representation within two weeks from today before the respondent No.4 - Education Officer.

Upon receiving such a representation, the respondent No.4 to consider the same in accordance with the procedure / M.E.P.S. Act & the Rules and take decision thereon within ten weeks after receipt of the representation. We
