Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that he wish to withdraw the present Criminal Application since he has instructions in that behalf. He submitted that in view of the fact that Charge is already framed, necessary direction be given to the learned trial Court to decide the Sessions trial within stipulated period, else liberty be granted to him to move again before this Court.

As per the learned counsel for the applicant and even as per the learned A.P.P., Charge is already framed on 11/06/2015 and the matter is already fixed before the learned

It is to be noted that when the application of the applicant was dismissed on 18/02/2015 by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Beed, it was directed to the trial court to complete the trial within a period of six months. Prayer made by the learned counsel for the applicant seeking direction to conclude the trial within a period of three months is just and proper.

Hence, I pass the following order.

(i) Present Criminal Application is dismissed as withdrawn.

(ii) Learned Additional Sessions Judge, Beed to decide Sessions Case No. 14 of 2014 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of this order, else the applicant shall be at liberty to move again for bail.

(iii) Present Criminal Application is disposed of.
