Present Public Interest Litigation has been filed for following reliefs :- "B] By issuing writ of mandamus or any appropriate writ or directions, order against the respondents to consider the representation dated 06.07.2016 of the petitioner.

C] By issuing writ of mandamus or any appropriate writ or directions, order against the respondents to establish or make the Tribunals to set the price of the goods and the commodities [1]

of the farmers in Maharashtra.

D] By issuing writ of mandamus or any appropriate writ or directions, order against the Respondents to make the law for Tribunals, regarding solution of farmers to set the price of the goods and commodities in Maharashtra."

Learned AGP waives notice for respondent Nos.1 to 5 and learned Senior Panel Counsel Mr. Rohit Sarvadnya waives notice for respondent No.6. Learned Senior Panel Counsel for respondent No.6 places on record the order passed by this Court in Public Interest Litigation No.128 of 2014 decided on 20.12.2018, whereby the then learned ASGI had made a statement and it has been so recorded. This Court expressed that the suggestions given by Niti Ayog would be taken to its logical end. Thereafter, the learned Advocate for the petitioner also submits that the Committee was constituted and communication to that effect was issued on 22.07.2020. Under such circumstance, it appears that the substantial prayers in the petition have been addressed. As regards the establishment of Tribunals are concerned, it appears that the present petitioner had made representation way back on 06.07.2016. Thereafter, [2]

the committee has been formed. Under such circumstance, the petitioner is at liberty to make any representation for the establishment of the Tribunals as per Constitution of India with the appropriate authority. Under such circumstance, we dispose of the Public Interest Litigation.
