The contention of the petitioner appears to be that the validation proceeding in respect of the tribe claim of the petitioner is pending with respondent No. 5 - Committee. The petitioner has completed his internship. He is not issued with the internship completion certificate on the ground that the validity certificate is not submitted. According to the petitioner, he has to undergo the bond period. 2.

The learned A.G.P. accepts notice for respondent Nos. 1 to 3. Mr. Kale, learned counsel accepts notice for respondent No. 4. 3.

The petitioner appears to have done internship in the

2 903-wp 6247-2021.odt Government Medical College. Even after issuance of internship completion certificate he will have to undergo mandatory bond period. 4.

In the light of that, we pass the following order. 5.

The respondent No. 5 - Committee shall decide the validation proceeding in respect of the tribe claim of the petitioner expeditiously and preferably within a period of six (06) months from the date of appearance of the petitioner. The petitioner shall appear before the Committee on 08.06.2021.

In case, the petitioner is otherwise eligible and has successfully completed the internship, then the respondent Nos. 3 and 4 shall not withhold internship completion certificate only on the ground that validation proceeding is pending.

The respondents may take further course of action depending upon the judgment that would be delivered by the Committee in the validation proceeding.

Writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
