Considering the above submissions and considering the challenge made to the judgment and award passed by the Tribunal, the applicant is hereby permitted to withdraw 50% of the amount, out of the amount deposited before this Court alongwith the accrued interest to that extent, on furnishing an undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court.
