Misc. Civil Application was dismissed in default for nonsupply of copies. This order was recalled by this Court on condition of supplying copies within a period of one week. However, the applicant again failed to supply copies.

This is the gross negligence on the part of the applicant. In view of this, application is allowed subject to cost of Rs. 5,000/-. On depositing cost and on supplying copies, issue notice tot he respondents.
