The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the appeal is filed by the petitioner challenging the order cancelling the fishing contract of the petitioner. Subsequently, the fishing contract is awarded to respondent No. 5. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would amend the appeal and challenge the order awarding fishing contract to respondent No. 5. The respondents be directed to decide the appeal expeditiously.

The petitioner may file such application for stay / expeditious disposal in the appeal which application would be considered by the respondent No. 1 on its own merits expeditiously, as early as possible. 3.

In view of that, writ petition is disposed of. No costs. 4.
