I have heard the learned advocate of the petitioner/ wife for quite sometime, in relation to clause 2 of the impugned order dated 04.08.2018 passed below the application exhibit 14 in Petition No.C8/2017. The petitioner has filed the application exhibit 42 dated 20.10.2018 by which, a request is made to the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Aurangabad to modify the timings of visitation given to the respondent, with respect to a minor daughter of the litigating couple, keeping in view the school times. The said application is said to be pending for the past about 08 months. It is informed that the next date before the learned Family Court is 29.06.2019. In view of the above, I find that the ends of justice would be

*2* 17wp4589o19 met by a decision on the application exhibit 42, with promptitude. This Writ Petition is, therefore, disposed off. It is directed that the litigating sides would advance their oral submissions on the application exhibit 42, on 29.06.2019. It is expected that the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Aurangabad would decide the application exhibit 42 as expeditiously as possible and in any case, on or before 15.07.2019.

It is left open to the parties to consider whether, such visitation rights could be implemented on the first Sunday of each month instead of any other date.
