The learned AGP Shri Lakhotiya rightly points out that as a final order has been passed by the Tahsildar under the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code, a statutory appeal under Section 247 of Chapter XIII, of the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code is available to enable the Petitioner to approach the competent authority. 2.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off with liberty to the Petitioner to approach the statutory authority under section 247 of the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code.

In the event, the Petitioner moves an application for interim relief for release of the vehicle, the said authority would consider the same on its merits and if deemed appropriate, by imposing certain conditions.

If such application for interim relief is filed, the same shall be considered within 30 days from.
