It is submitted that the Committee has rejected the validation proceeding on the ground that in the tribe certificate issued there is a spelling mistake of the tribe. The petitioner is taking education in 2 nd year B. Planning Engineering course.

Considering the above, we pass the following order. 4.

The Committee shall issue the attested copy of the tribe certificate submitted by the petitioner within one week. On receipt of the tribe certificate, the petitioner shall submit the same to the concerned Sub Divisional Officer. The Sub Divisional Officer after verifying its record about the issuance of the tribe certificate shall issue the corrected tribe certificate to the petitioner within one week. The petitioner shall submit the corrected tribe certificate to the Committee within one week. On receipt of the corrected tribe certificate, the Committee shall thereafter decide the validation proceeding within six (06) months.

The respondentInstitution shall not take adverse action against the petitioner and if the petitioner is otherwise eligible shall not refrain the petitioner from prosecuting his studies for the second year only on the ground that the validation proceeding is pending. The Institution can take further course of action depending upon the Judgment that will be delivered by the Committee. The writ petition is disposed of. No costs. [ A. M. DHAVALE, J. ] [ S. V.
