Heard rival submissions. It appears that the review application is fled for reviewing the order dated 11.10.2018 passed by this Court in First Appeal No. 4559 of 2017 whereby this Court has enhanced the compensation of Rs. 4,87,657/- granted by the concerned learned M.A.C.T. Nanded, to the extent of Rs. 21,03,149/- inclusive of No Fault Liability amount alongwith the interest at the rate of 9% per annum from the date of iling till it's relization. However, it appears that this Court has given the aforesaid judgment on merit, and therefore, correction in the said judgment does not come under the purview of this review application. It is for the review applicant to challenge the said judgment before the higher
