Learned Advocate for the petitioners submits that in view of the recent development, the petitioners are complying with the criteria for the staff approval as per the policy of the Government and, therefore, he seeks liberty to approach respondent Nos.2 and 3 - State afresh. 2.

In view of the said statement, which appears to be the recent development i.e. after the filing of the present petition, we do not want to go into the merits of the case. If the petitioners are complying with the requirements, then they may approach respondent [1]
