By this Civil Application, fled within limitation, the applicants pray that the writ petition be restored, which was dismissed on 04th March, 2022, on account of non removal of offce objections. The petition was pending for three years. 2.

An assurance is given that the objections would be removed within two weeks.

In view of the above, this application is allowed with the following directions:- (a) All offce objections in the writ petition shall be removed on or before 05th May, 2022, failing which, this order shall stand recalled and the petition shall remain dismissed.

(b) If the above direction is complied with, the writ petition shall stand restored at the stage at which it was dismissed.
