ORDER :

The application is filed for relief of anticipatory bail in C.R. No. 257/2014 registered in Kopargaon Police Station, District Ahmednagar for the offences punishable under sections 395, 307, etc. of I.PC. and some sections of Arms Act. 2.

The complainant has now filed affidavit and he has contended that due to misunderstanding he has made such allegations. He submitted that he has made such application to police also and he wants to say that present applicant was not involved in the said incident. In view of this submission, order was made by this Court and I.O. is directed to ascertain as to whether the complainant is acting under the pressure of present

Cri. Appln. No. 2051/15 applicant. The learned APP submitted that it is ascertained that complainant has no grievance against the present applicant and the complainant is not acting under the pressure of applicant. 3.

In view of these circumstances, the application is allowed. In case of arrest of applicant in aforesaid crime, he is to be released on bail on his furnishing PR and SB of Rs. 15,000/- (Rupees fifteen thousand). He is not to tamper with the prosecution witnesses. He is not to commit similar offence. He is to attend the concerned police station on every Sunday between 9.00 a.m. and 12.00 noon for the period of one month and he is to cooperate the police during investigation. [ T.V.
